Our Products
Yes, our products are made fresh to order.
We recommend using our products as soon as possible after receiving them for optimal results. A fresh product will attract more birds and provide better nutrition for them. However, you may choose to store them for up to 6 to 8 months if desired. In this case, we recommend freezing them. A deep freezer is ideal for preserving freshness and product integrity.
Absolutely not. We use only high-quality ingredients that provide optimal nourishment and enjoyment for birds and other wildlife.
Our products are exclusively available on our website. We do not sell on any third-party marketplaces. For local customers, you can find us in person at our local farmer’s market in Elizabethton, TN from June to September.
Returns
Please send us an email, and one of our family members will be happy to assist you. A few photographs would be helpful. We will give our full attention to resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
Please send an email providing your name and order number. Please explain your reason for the return and how you want the return to be handled. We will respond within two business days with details on how and where to send your item back.
Our Club Savings program offers a 10% savings on all of your favorite products. Every month, you will receive the product you enrolled in the program with in your mailbox. Please register an account with us before enrolling in a Club Savings program. This will allow you to make changes to your subscription if and when necessary. You may cancel at any time.
